El Paso is a small community in Central Illinois with a population of approximately 2,800 people. El Paso was the birth place of Archbishop Fulton John Sheen. El Paso is located at the intersection of Interstate 39 and Route 24, and offers many amenities; the city has multiple parks, pool, community building, and library.
